At Gift Box Shop, we want every order to feel thoughtful, intentional, and beautifully received. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Personalized, perishable, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Proof purchase is required.
Gift Recipients
Received an item as a gift and need to make a return? We’re happy to help. Please email hello@giftboxshop.com with the order number (if available) or the name of the person who placed the order, along with the reason for your return. Gift returns follow the same eligibility guidelines above. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@giftboxshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive return instructions within two business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we may assist with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges may be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to product availability.
